Following your shipment

You can track your parcel through a third-party tracking service such as 17TRACK. Tracking details may take a few days to one week to update and display accurate information.

Because our warehouses are in different locations, items from the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.

Estimated transit times by destination

For in-stock items sent using Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, the estimated delivery windows are:

  • United Kingdom and Europe: 2–4 weeks.
  • Australia and New Zealand: 2–4 weeks.
  • United States and Canada: 2–4 weeks.
  • Other countries: 2–5 weeks.

These estimates describe the shipping stage, from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery to some countries can take longer than estimated. High order volumes may also extend shipment times. We work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible without compromising product quality, and we appreciate your patience.

What happens before dispatch?

The overall delivery process includes both order preparation and shipping. Preparation covers order verification, tailoring, quality checks and packaging. Orders are usually forwarded to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Insured and priority shipping

With Insured Shipping, an item lost during delivery or received damaged will be replaced at no extra cost, provided sufficient supporting evidence is supplied.

Priority Insured Shipping places your order at the top of the daily order list we send to our manufacturers and also includes insurance. Priority handling does not necessarily mean a shorter delivery time: depending on order volume, the estimated timeframe may be similar to or the same as Standard Shipping.

Need to change an order?

Email support@malenv.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change. Once the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please check your selected size and colour carefully before ordering.
